The building was developed by developed by Testa Rossa Properties. Brandy Bellow Spinks of CBRE represented the landlord, Sculptura MOB LP. Andrew Zeplain of CBRE represented the tenant. The practice joins anchor tenant Mann Eye Institute and Houston-based medical practice Texas Laparoscopic Consultants in the building, bringing it to 57 percent leased. The company will occupy the majority of the eighth floor and part of the first floor of the 10-story medical office building.
